L'Oréal Indefectible 24H-MATT Make-Up

Da mein Gesicht meist sehr glänzend ist war ich auf der Suche nach einem mattierenden Make-Up und bin bei L'Oréal fündig geworden. Es ist wesentlich deckender als eine BB Cream, aber immer noch nicht zu schwer auf dem Gesicht und ich bin mit dem mattierenden Resultat sehr zufrieden!

Recently I was looking for a matt make up since my face is most of the time super shiny, which quite annoys me especially during summer. This new L'Oréal matt make up makes my life much easier and it's not too heavy on the face. Definitely worth trying out!

Basic Green Smoothie

Diesen Sommer habe ich Smoothies irgendwie für mich entdeckt. Nicht nur die Zubereitung macht Spaß, sondern sie sind auch super lecker und gesund. Die beiden Basic Zutaten für einen grünen Smoothie nach meinem Geschmack sind Spinat (frisch oder aus der Tiefkühltruhe) und Bananen. Diesmal habe ich ihn noch mit Zitronensaft, vier brasilianischen Spinatblättern, Stevia (zum Süßen) und natürlich Wasser verfeinert. Also wirklich ein Basic Smoothie, der wohl den meisten schmecken dürfte. Vielleicht traue ich mich demnächst auch mal an etwas ausgefalleneren Smoothies ran, aber bisher war ich noch nicht so hardcore-mutig mit Petersilie, Kresse oder Grünkohl in meinem Mixer.

Something I absolutely love this summer is a fresh and healthy smoothie. Two ingredients I love the most in a green smoothie is spinach (fresh or frozen spinach) and bananas. For this basic green smoothie I also added lemon juice, four leaves of brazilian spinach, stevia and of course some water.

Wanderlust

Genau heute vor einem Jahr saß ich im Flugzeug mit dem Ziel Australien - das Land mit den wohl gefährlichsten Tieren der Welt und für mich das Land in welches ich mich verliebte und seitdem unbedingt wieder zurück will. Hach ja dieses Fernweh... 

Das Foto machte meine Schwester in Byron Bay fast am Ende unserer Reise (Byron Bay ist ein wundervoller Ort! Wenn ihr irgendwann mal in Australien seid, dann hin da).

Exactly one year ago I was sitting in the airplane on my way to Australia. Australia - home to some of the worlds deadliest animals and the country I totally fell in love with. 

My sister took this picture at the end of our travels in beautiful Byron Bay. If you're ever in Australia you should go there. This town has just such a great atmosphere, which you can't really describe.

I miss sleeping in the back of a car, eating fresh coconuts, watching the sun rise and set on the other side of the world and facing a new adventure every day!

The Lash Sensational Mascara from Maybelline

Ich habe schon von sehr vielen Gutes über die neue Maybelline Mascara gehört, jedoch auch, dass sie sich beim Abschminken etwas schwer tut und sich gerne mal an die Wimpern krallt.

Insgesamt bin ich aber durchaus positiv überrascht. Denn die Mascara krümelt nicht, gibt Volumen und hält den Schwung. Und dann macht es mir auch nichts aus, wenn das Abschminken mal 30 Sekunden länger dauert!

Recently I went to my local drugstore to see if the new Maybelline mascara is worth the hype. All in all I can say that I'm, as well as hundreds of other people, in love with it. It gives my lashes great volume and doesn't smudge. It's probably not as easy to take off than other mascaras but it isn't a big pain either :)

Melbourne 2014

Almost one year ago I've been to Melbourne - one of the biggest cities in Australia - for the first time and I instantly fell in love with this beautiful city like most people do.

Strawberry Lassi

Since I bought myself a new blender I'm now constantly trying out new smoothies. And because we have heaps of strawberries in our garden I thought it would be perfect to use them for a refreshing summery drink.

For 1 serve all you'll need is:

1 Cup of Strawberries
1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Pinch of Salt
Some Ice Cubes

Mix it all together and enjoy! Of course you can also double or triple the amount of everything if you want to.

Hey guys! So I was thinking about writing in English on my blog from now on so the readers are not just limited to Germans. And since most of Germans understand English perfectly fine I think it's a great idea. So... hello world! :)
